Casa del Fattore - 'House of the Chief Estate Worker'
This is our family home. We live on the first floor, but we have designed the entire ground floor of Casa del Fattore to house four comfortable bed and breakfast rooms. Whilst we are close by to help you enjoy your stay, we are also mindful of your privacy and the two floors are completely separate with the Bed and Breakfast affording its own entrance and living accommodation.
All rooms are either double room or twin and all are en-suite. Two rooms feature a further pull out bed if required. One room has been specifically designed to accommodate visitors with a wheelchair.
The four bedrooms are complemented by a lovely dining and living area and, as you might expect from an Italian retreat, we have brought the countryside into our home by providing a spacious outdoor patio with shaded pergola where you can sit and enjoy the stunning views.
The B&B accommodation in Casa del Fattore includes a delicious continental breakfast (which includes locally produced organic food) which will set you up for the day's activities.
Alternatively the entire ground floor can also be rented as a self contained villa (sleeping 8-10) on a weekly basis with a fully equipped kitchen for self catering.
La Stalletta - The old Cowshed
This little lodging was the first that we completed in our restoration project and where we lived whilst the main house was rebuilt. The old cowshed has been comfortably restored as a holiday apartment and offers an open plan kitchen and living area, double bedroom and bathroom. It also offers a spacious terrace with a pergola and BBQ, ideal for that alfresco dining experience.
Accommodation in the old Cowshed is offered on a self-catering basis and sleeps 2 (although the sofa-bed in the living area can accommodate a further person if required).
